When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
– “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.

Additionally, when you complete a form submission through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Customer Information.”
When we refer to “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Customer Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Customer Information that we collect generally to communicate with you and provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Cookies
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Our Website uses “Google Analytics” to collect information about the use of our Website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit our Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to our Site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics to improve our Website, services and products. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit our Site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our Site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to our Site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use: http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to this Site by disabling cookies on your browser: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

DIGITAL ADVERTISING DATA
Customers may retain LSM to manage their brands’ SEM on a variety of PPC, programmatic and social platforms. This system is only accessible by select LSM staff members on our internal network and is not available to the public or any of our customers. This data will never be shared or sold. LSM is in compliance with all terms of use and user data policies with Google, Facebook and all other digital advertising platforms that we utilize.
- LSM Insight’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- LSM Insight’s use of information received from Facebook APIs will adhere to Facebook API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
